Karol-Ann’s Gatineau Park Loop
Treat yourself to a cycling adventure with Karol-Ann in the beautiful Gatineau Park.
Here is what Karol-Ann says about het favorite park ride; “We will meet at the base of the Gatineau Park. The Gatineau Park is the best place to ride in the region. Most of the time it’s closed to the cars, it is a true paradise for cycling. The park is not an easy ride neither. There is no flat section in it so we can have lots of fun. We would do a park loop. Exit in Chelsea where we can find super nice coffee shops and bakeries. We can add on by exploring the 105 up to Wakefield. Really nice little town north of the park.
We can also do a longer loop around McGregor Lake. It is one of my favorite loop to do when I am in Canada. It has lots of short climbs and it is really pretty as well. We start and finish also in the Gatineau Park. Again, possibility to stop for coffee and cake in Wakefield or in Chelsea.
(Karol-Ann lives most of the year in Girona, Spain. This ride can be booked in the months of June, July and August, when she is back in Canada)
