What Michel says about this special; “The Eiffel is a gorgeous region. Ideal for training, so my recommendation is to make this all about a ‘mini’ training camp. Over the various days of riding through this amazing region, which I have frequently visited with the Rabobank team, I can teach everyone about nutrition during a multi-day event or how you can best divide your efforts on climbs during a day. I can also give you tips on how to divide your training sessions in a busy work week to get the most out of yourself and achieve the progression you have in mind. Of course we won’t forget to enjoy, but I know learning and getting better while riding through this region will give you maximum joy.”
