What Stijn says about his off road hometown rides; “Ronse is the ideal starting point for a challenging mountain bike ride! You can opt for a ride mainly through the Flemish part of the off road notorious Tour of Flanders terrain or do a ride that mainly takes place in the forests of the beautiful Pays des Collines. Both rides are a promising challenge for the bike and the cyclist!
For the trip in Flanders we will be riding along famous climbs like the Koppenberg, Kanarieberg and Kluisberg, only this time off-road. Kluisbos is known for its beautiful singletracks where every trained mountain bike can enjoy themselves.
The Walloon ride offers a never ending off-road treat. Here you will find countless single tracks in the Bois d’Hurbermont, Bois Lefébre, Bois d’Assomont and Bois de la Motte. Unfamiliar territory for many but you are in good hands with me for a most memorable off road ride.”
