My racing career included a lot of riding in service of team-mates, but also some of my own successes with victories in races in South Africa, Africa, Asia and Europe. Some of my highlights from my career include winning the Tour of Morocco, Giro Del Capo in South Africa, African Champion, UCI Africa Tour winner. Podium finisher in the Cape Epic Masters category.

Following on from my road cycling career I have broadened my riding genre to include Mountain Bike age category races in SA, Gravel recently and a load of adventure trips I enjoy doing.

I have spent most of my time in Johannesburg, but now live in Cape Town where I call the roads of the Cape Peninsula my own. Whether Road Bikes, Mountain Bike or Gravel Bikes, I enjoy all the aspects and the freedom of riding a bike through the wonderful landscapes and city roads makes every ride an adventure!

I currently run an endurance sports coaching business with my wife, through which I guide all sorts of people on their journey to their cycling goals, as well as taking riders on our cycling trips and adventures in South Africa.

I love all aspects of cycling and most of all, a great bike ride through interesting and
challenging places.
